Define Deforestable in Qi

Having dealt with equality allowed us to add the missing link between a year of stream fusion development and a new rolling Qi release. Let us have a quick look at what is finally out in the fields and which operations are now optimized!

Finally the changes landed in the main branch with commit Merge pull request #207 from drym-org/define-deforestable-runtime. So just make sure you update your Qi distribution:

raco pkg update qi-lib

After this update you will get many more list operations fused as can be seen in the List Operations part of the documentation.
